If somebldy would buy the IP for Chrono Trigger, and rebuild it for the PC then sell it on GOG we could get this. But I am thinking that the only way for that to happen is for some enterprising GOG customer to start a buisness, then do it themselves. Whoever is the first to do this will get my money, that much is for certian.
Let us be real. It might never happen but we clearly all want it to. That should be enough. This game hasnt seen a rerelease in almost 10 years. Surely the devs aren't making that much money on it so why not revive it on GOG

If they ever made a Chrono Trigger PC port, I would definitely buy one. They have PC-remastered quite a few FF titles already, so I guess there's a small hope of that happening. But considering Square-Enix's reluctance for DRM-free content, I think I would have to settle for Steam release. But if GOG later on gets their own release, I would consider re-purchasing it, just to support SE's choice of a DRM-free release.
I own this on multiple platforms, and I love it so much I'd buy it for every one of my friends if it came here, just to show support. I know it can happen!
I already have it for my DS, but I give it a vote here, too. Maybe in a Bundle with Chrono Cross?

I vote for this silly wishlist to be removed.
If the community wants to be preemptive, I don't see why so many have a problem with that. Final Fantasy III wasn't a PC game, but now it is. Final Fantasy IV wasn't a PC game, but now it is. Chrono Trigger has a VERY high likelihood of coming to PC in the next couple of years having recently been ported to modern systems, so why not chime in ahead of time that we want it here rather than just at Steam and other DRM outfits, which is where we all know it's headed. It would be nice if Gog had evidence of community support that they could show SE when they do port it.
