I have been speaking with Microsoft and the Xbox Support teams for 2 days now and I was told to post my issue here.

I bought Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate edition and installed the game on my computer and Xbox One. I went to my account (account.microsoft.com) and my purchase history and the game does not show that I bought it at all. I can see the DLC that I bought (Treasure Map and Expansion DLC) but Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate (FH3U) is no where to be found.

Even more troubling is if I go into the Windows Store and search and select FH3U, it shows Buy instead of Owned or Installed as the norm for my previous purchases.

The Microsoft support/Xbox support reps exact words were 'I don't see the entitlement associated with your Microsoft Account'.

We tested uninstalling the game on my Windows 10 PC and then going back to the Store and clicking on FH3U and ti still had the Buy button.

I have spent nearly 5 hours on the phone and have been transferred so many times and disconnected and given the run around.

All I am asking for is that I receive what I paid for and that my Microsoft Account will reflect my purchase so that I do not lose my $106.24 investment.

Please advise as to what needs to be done so that my Microsoft Account will reflect my purchase of Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate edition because as of now, it shows that I still have to buy it on my Windows 10 devices and my Xbox One even though I bought and redeemed the code with my Microsoft Account on October 23, 2016.

A $106.24 game purchase is no small thing a lot of money just to have my Microsoft Account and the Windows Store for Windows 10 and the Xbox One to show that I need to buy the game again.
